No dance experience needed — lessons are calm, supportive and tailored to your song and pace.

• Trial Lesson – £80
  1 hour
  You’ll learn simple, achievable movements that you can build on in further lessons.

• 3 Lessons – £230
  1 hour each
  A great option if you want to feel more confident and relaxed for your first dance.
  We’ll build on the basics, refine timing and connection, and create something that feels settled and comfortable.

• 5 Lessons – £380
  1 hour each
  Best if you want your first dance to feel really grounded and enjoyable.
  There’s time to add extra details, transitions, or stylistic touches, always keeping it relaxed and achievable.

Additional lessons can be added if you’d like to explore more movement and practice time – £75ph.

Practical Details

Lessons take place in a local community space or studio, in Bromley & South East London. Studio is included in the price.

About Tania

Tania has taught many couples and specialises in working with complete beginners.

Her teaching style is calm, patient and encouraging, helping people feel comfortable rather than self-conscious. Lessons are shaped around each couple; their personalities, their music, and what feels right for them.

Learning to move together is a skill that doesn’t end with the wedding day.
It’s a genuinely joyful thing to share, and something you can return to again and again.
